Colin Tucker BA (Hons), Cert DipPFS, Cert CII (MP & ER)
Practice Principal of Riviera Mortgages Limited

Colin commenced work in financial services in 1997 when he was employed by Bristol & West, where he established himself as an award-winning Financial Consultant. With the purpose of advancing his career, he then moved to Alliance & Leicester at the start of 2004 to specialise in Inheritance Tax Planning and, in September 2005, was subsequently ‘head-hunted’ by Broad Wealth Management.  In working for Broad Wealth Management and Riviera Mortgages for 6 years Colin has had sole responsibility for providing the mortgage advice at Riviera Mortgages for a number of years and has also been heavily involved with the day to day management of the mortgage side of the business.  Due to the continuing
success of both businesses it was decided to separate the wealth management and
mortgage advice divisions of the Practice in 2011 with Colin purchasing Riviera Mortgages
and become Practice Principal.

Office Support

Hollie Palmer
Client Completion Managers

Hollie joined Riviera Mortgages in August 2011, having been recruited from her previous role as an account executive, where she helped managed and co-ordinate a successful office support team.  Hollie manages the main office/reception with Luisa and provides administrative support to Colin to ensure a professional service is delivered at all times to clients. In providing support to Colin, Hollie will be the first point of contact for all clients seeking financial advice, she ensures that all necessary and appropriate documentation is available to Colin when meeting clients for the first time and manages Colin’s and the office diary. She will also ensure all mortgage, life & general insurance applications are processed smoothly through to completion. Hollie also completes credit checks for clients where appropriate and liaises with clients and providers over the telephone.

 

Luisa Moates
Client Completion Managers

Luisa joined Riviera Mortgages in 2010, after being made redundant from her previous role as an office manager, where she efficiently ran the day to day running of the office and staff. Luisa is currently on maternity leave although due to return in May 2012 she manages the main office/reception with Hollie and provides administrative support to Colin to ensure a professional service is delivered at all times to clients. In providing support to Colin, Luisa personally manages all mortgage, life & general insurance applications once they have been submitted to ensure a smooth transaction through to completion by liaising with clients, providers and solicitors over the telephone.

Kerenza overseas all aspects of the day-to-day Company finances,  cashflow, banking and staff wages to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
